How are my donations counted?

When registering as a walker, Rotarians are asked to provide their Rotary ID. Any donations that an individual makes, whether to themselves or to others, are credited to their Rotary ID.

If you haven't provided your Rotary ID yet, please get in touch with us through the Contact Us form, and we can record it

Do the funds I raise from others count to my recognition points?

add remove

Recognition points are counted towards the donor themselves, rather than the walker who is fundraising. This also means if you're already walking, you can also donate to other friends who are walking, and still receive your recognition as well!

Example 1: Riley is walking and fundraising. Taylor, who is not walking, donates to Riley. Taylor receives the recognition points.

Example 2: Ash is walking and fundraising. Ash donates to Alex, who is also walking and fundraising. Ash receives the recognition points.
